  1. I gonna place the order when I get outta work today so try to save me one! 🍻
  2. Crap! The was no us army decals on that sheet... I'll have to order the other one I guess, that sucks. But.. the decals are a huge improvement and very easy to work with!!! I added a light dusting of composed of African dust and beach sand. I think it came out pretty good let me know what everybody thinks
  3. Thanks for the tip! That actually worked really well! Anyways the decals finally came in
  4. I gonna take a small break from this... I just ordered decals so I gonna wait until the come in. I heard that the mh 60l (something I wanna start in a few months) have the same issues with the decals so I figured I get a set.
  5. Now you show me!! Oh well I think I just gonna leave it as is... My dry brush idea didn't work either
  6. Oh yeah... The ammo belt is a flexable from live resin. So much easier to work with than anything else and it has bullets!!!!
  7. One more question... How do the m134 belts feed into the ammo box? Along with the gau19 feed?
  8. I tried airbrushing an acrylic olive drab thinned down a lot but it didn't work at all.... But it did kinda make a really cool wash with the grey! I gonna try dry brushing it on with a Tamiya weathering sponge. Hopefully that will work. Anyways I screwed up the m134 barrels pretty good..... So I replaced them with RB barrels and what a difference! They seem longer but it gives it a lot meaner look.
  9. Thanks for the remarks! this is kinda my first chopper so any guidance or type will help greatly. Anyways I thought the decals seemed to stand out, so What would be the best way to tone them down in an olive drab color?
  10. Here is another update! I applied all the decals and a stone grey line wash. I think it came out right! If not just let know... Anyways does this get a Matt or a satin finish?
