Holiday Pro-tip: Go to your local hobby store. Purchase Tamiya item# 61114 Grumman F-14A Tomcat and item#61118 Grumman F-14D Tomcat. Wrap said items and place under the Christmas tree. Wait for Christmas Day. Unwrap said items in front of your family to show your joy and now you have a model of the F-14 Tomcat for Christmas, disappointment prevented. It’s not a limited release.

That’s shipping damage. What you don’t see is the initial impact to the box. The residual appears may look like it’s not much but the impact force penetrated through. Time to file a freight claim with the carrier. I see this on a daily basis.
