The air hoses were various shades of dark green to OD. Here's a couple pictures of my original A10 Oxygen Mask with the hose attached, the A10 was one of the standard masks mid-war. You can see that even in the same assembly there is variation in the shade of the rubber. Any dark OD green should be good:
