I see that both Aires and Reskit offer 1/48 exhaust/jet pipes for A-4E/Fs. Would those be applicable to the A-4C as well?

I went to the show for the last time in 1994. I live about 2 miles from MCAS Miramar and it took me 2 hours to get home. I probably could have walked home in 30 minutes. The Airshow draws about 500,000 people over the three days it is held. If I was going to go again, I'd try to park off the base and take a shuttle. September is the hottest month of the year in San Diego and their is no shade on the base. Stay hydrated and wear lots of sunscreen.

In general, I'd say no. However, there are several model car kit manufacturers that specialize in very high detail multi media car kits that sell for hundreds of $. The kit subjects are primarily current and vintage race cars. The majority of U.S. model car builders tend to focus on kits of domestic passenger cars and pickup trucks. They would probably like to have new tool kits with high detail, but the market doesn't support it and they end up having to make do with re-issues. I recall seeing a survey several years ago on a Model Car site where the consensus was that the most anyone was will

Question about metal areas on SU-27's etc...
Cat Barf replied to Ed DeVivo's topic in Tools 'n' Tips
I've masked over Alclad with Tamiya masking tape that i applied adhesive side down to the back of my hand before applying it to the Alclad. I've also used the adhesive portion of post-it-notes and damp newsprint to mask over NMF areas that I felt may be prone to lifting. -
How do you know it is the best? What other products have you tested it against?

I think that their choice of aircraft subjects is kind of boring.

I'm guessing it is the Special Hobby kit. I know the Italeri and Airfix kits are best left in the past, but I haven't seen the Sword kit.

I have never seen any of your YT videos. I avoid video kit reviews.

I'm in favor of critical reviews to a point. I'm interested in having the reviewer identify the flaws, inaccuracies, fit issues etc.. I'm not interested in hearing/reading the reviewer editorialize about his/her personal feelings regarding the kit's issues, i.e., this kit is terrible, this kit's manufacturer should be shot or hung after torture, it's unforgiveable that the kit manufacturer made a mistake of this magnitude, etc.. In my opinion, reviews laden with the reviewers hyperbolic opinions/whining lack credibility and I usually give those reviewers a pass. after the initial encounter. I
