Well, as some of you may know, i was pondering on buying an Academy F-16CG for about £60, when i came about the Revell F-14A on eBay for £31. id say thats pretty good, although i do know some places sell it cheaper. But anyway, I do need to buy new paints, and i want some input from you guys as to which colours i buy for it.

could just paint a black strip then put in the white dots with a toothpick or thin object depending on what scale

So, does anyone actually know where i can find one of these actual testors kits? and, if you do that whole snipping thing, why not make them as Mavericker McGoosey Riceman Silder (spelling is meant to be incorrect)

Ive thought about using 2 tone for the paint, instead of the real 3 tone, because it means i have to buy new paint just for those little bits , which is silly.

Its in America, i dont like buying things from America because of high shipping costs, whereas here in the UK, its cheaper

Im not sure whish section this should be in, but they did have the F-16 Mountain Home Gunfighters decals (1:32) but now theyve sold out. If i order those sold out ones, what will happen? Does anyone else know where i can get these in the UK?

I have a few More questions. Can you mix those two Polly Scle colours with Tamiya Acrylics? How good is the Academy F-16CG/CJ 1:32? WHY IS ALCLAD SO EXPENISVE????? lol

Can you mix the Polly Scale arylics with Tamiya's? I think i will use Alclad Magnesium, because i really like that colour! it looks really authentic What are you supposed to thin acrylics with? can you use water(stupid question i guess)? Brian, tell me which colour you use for that when you find it!

And, if you used Alclad on your Exhaust, which colour? Jet Exhaust? Has anyone got any pictures of Jet Exhaust, i may use it if its what i feel is the right colour

which two greys did you use? whats the same colour in Humbrol enamels? or Tamiya?

How do you use Sand? do you PVA glue the surface, then just pour on the sand? I fancy doing a small inflight display, but i want it to be of a low level F-16 over the Desert, so....

I have little blobs of pigment appear when i add yellow food colouring to future, i just mix untill it disappears! i think im gonna try some water soluble ink, that sounds like a good idea, the yellow i want is darker than Yellow food colouring

how do they write it on? is it scratched on? i guess it is For painting the outsides (is that the Turkey Feathers?) will the engine look like these pics if i use Alclad's Jet Exhaust?
