  4. Hello there The builder is Megas Tsonos from the Hellenic IPMS (Greece), scale I think is 1/48 but I forgot to ask him. Apologies.
  5. Hello to all, I am planning to build a Seahawk in 1/48, Hellenic Navy livery. These birds carry a dipping sonar of which I have a photo and it looks that is located centrally along the long axis. Here is the question: the photo is from the right hand side(looking forward) from the open door. I can see clearly the winch and cable drum and the sonar housing, if all that is located centrally what is happening directly behind it? (left hand side, window) On the right hand side is a chair for the operator/observer is this arrangement repeated in the left hand side? Thank you in advance.
  6. Very nice and neat work so far. I like the idea for the soundproofing Thanks for sharing.
  7. Great looking Viper, good result Thanks for sharing.
  8. Apologies Medevac71 I forgot to mention, that the markings are for a what if Hellenic Air Force, due to the distruction of the original transfers. Thanks for your opinion.
  9. Good morning to all, this is my first attempt in foil, and as the kit was left in the garage for over 5 years, I desided to have a go since it has raised detail, I looked at it and thought is screaming for it. The Airfix kit is very old and none of the pieces would fit together without a small or big knife oporetion. The decals are home made, since the originals have been destroyed from the cold and damp contitions. All markings are fictional exept the national markings. I also fitted a small electric motor with a 9V battery for the prop. Is in the final stages at the momment. The photos
  10. Hello Ray, the engine was borrowed from a Harvard, I can't build engines from wood that small The Hellenic Air Force uses them for cropdusting and firefighting. They share the job with the PZL's Dromader, which it will be the next model in the future. The Stearman is on the list unlless I find a kit. Thank you kindly
  11. Last photos, And a photo with my Viper for size comparison At the moment I am expecting a few photos from a good friend that he helped a lot during construction to add a few details that I can't make out of the few pictures that I have for this bird.
