Hi all, As the title states, I'm looking for the markings for the Indiana ANG "Blacksnakes" F-16C Block 25 84-388 from the 1/48 Speed Hunter decal sheet "Guardian Vipers, Part 2" (48035). Will buy full or partial sheet, and I also have "Heritage Vipers" and others to trade. The Heritage Vipers sheet has a Block 30 Blacksnakes aircraft which I can use along with some stencils from another sheet to make the Block 25, but I figured it would be better to simply get the sheet with the actual markings I want. Thanks!

I've got the original boxing of the 1/48 Italeri Tornado IDS and aftermarket decal choices are slim and it appears Eduard never sold their decal sheet outside of the special boxing. I'd love to get the remnants of the sheet from anyone that's already built up their Eduard limited edition.

FWIW, while considering my options for my 1/48 Italeri Tornado, I've discovered that aftermarket decal coverage is pretty sparse. I don't trust Italeri kit-supplied decals, so may piece some together from other subjects (e.g., F-4F) if I stick with a Luftwaffe bird.

Man, I just got an 8k resin printer for my son for Christmas and that MH-47G STL model looks interesting. Should be able to scale it down to 1/48 easily. And having those sponsons would let you build a Canadian Chinook. However, I just finished the ACH-47A, so I think I'm Chinooked out for a few years.

Here is my 1/48 Italeri ACH-47A "Co$t of Living", finally complete! I started this back in 2006 right when the kit came out, but it got boxed up as career and life kept me away from modeling until a few years ago. Finally finished it up before Christmas. Kit decals were worthless. Zotz decals for the critical markings but they weren't great, either. The figures are from ICM's excellent Vietnam aircrew set. I have the old Pyn-Up sheet 48-017, but the J model markings are actually an F-7A (B24J-1-CO) from the 20th Combat Mapping Squadron. Has the neat silkscreen decals for the nose art for Hangover Haven so would be pretty unique and interesting subject, IMO. I also have two of the old AeroMaster Liberators over Europe (part 1 and part II, 48-206 and 48-206) but the all the aircraft are green/gray. I know that's not what you're specifically looking for, but let me know if any of those interest you.

Thanks for that, and "nuts!" because I've been wanting to build the Desert Storm glass nose version, too, and I was thinking this boxing would provide that option. I had just quickly noticed the glass nose and presumed too much.

Looking to build the 309th FS aircraft (blue scheme) as my wife's grandfather flew in that squadron. May also be interested in CW-4804 (sister squadron with yellow markings) if price is reasonable.

Hasegawa just re-released the "night attack" kit a month or two back, so should be easier to get the plastic you need going forward. I almost bought one when they were first available again in Japan but I figured by the time I built it there would be a better new-tool version available.

For your next Dark Vipers sheet. C+D from OH. Probably time for some ANG F-35's, too.

Speaking of Dark Vipers, I finally got to see one in person at Oshkosh. That Have Glass paint weathers / fades quickly. You could barely make out the tail markings at certain angles (the right side was more faded than the left, so I'm wondering if one side has been more exposed to the sun on the ramp?).

Ah, I didn't realize that as I'm a 1/48 guy. Great, you already have the artwork! Can you include that on your next 1/48 Herc sheet? I doubt the 1/48 C-130 sheets sell a ton as that's not a model that folks are going to build many times over. That said, there aren't many decal options out there so I snapped up your C-130H sheet. I suggest that next time you do a 1/48 Herc, you mix up H, J, and Gunship models on the same sheet, plus a mix of Guard and "regular" active units (Rammstein, please!). I agree with focusing on subjects for which you have decals but the current kit options may be lacking. Also, modern lumps and bumps. E.g., a CV-22 update, current sensor suite for C-130, updates for F-15EX, NTS upgrade for AH-1W, etc.

The Connecticut anniversary scheme C-130H was on center stage at Oshkosh this year. Would make for a cool build.

Saw both of these aircraft fly at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh this week!

I'm excited to have a big trip planned to take my son out to Wisconsin. We'll be hitting The Dells, the Nats, camping at Devil's Lake, and camping at and taking in EAA Oshkosh for two days. Can't wait!
