Mysterious airbrush patterned in 1908

Thank you MoFo for your answer on this topic. It all seems to aim towards what you mentioned. I was thinking about buying this, but I prefer to stick to another more vintage model. -
Has anyone ever seen this airbrush before? Although it says it was patterned on February 25, 1908, there is no information as to the model, nor when it may have been made. Any hints will be so appreciated. Thank you! -Lisa
