Yes, you can hire a guide. It can certainly help you communicate with the locals and learn more about the history and culture of the places you visit. But you have to be specific about asking them for more aircraft sights. Hiring one isn't a bad idea.

I absolutely love Korean barbecue and kimchi. You can find them in almost any restaurant or street stall. You should try that. You can visit some of the popular attractions like Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Namsan Tower in Seoul, Seokguram Grotto, Bulguksa Temple, and Cheomseongdae Observatory in Gyeongju, and Hwaseong Fortress, Korean Folk Village, and Suwon Hwaseong Museum in Suwon. When are you planning to visit there?
