Hi, shortly I'll be building the Trumpeter 1/700 USS Maryland kit in the paint scheme she was in at Pearl Harbor I've been spending the past few days researching the paint scheme Everything I've come across indicates she was in Measure 1 scheme with 5-D Dark Gray and 5-L Light Gray for the upper structures I did run across one post on a different forum suggesting that she was blue during the attack and had pictures of her hull that actually were blue (and co-incidentally a build posts of the kit on scalemates is blue) Personally I believe the image referred to w

just started this hobby just over a year ago, haven't built an Eduard kit yet but they are quickly becoming a big part of my stash as they are a great brand love the german camo scheme's - great job on that, very well done!

yeah your F4 looks fantastic! and love the rocket affects on the Harrier and the OMFG moments are an apt description, instantly clear the high level of skill and attention to detail of @A-10 LOADER builds all these great examples are giving me ideas to strive for, thank you!

Hey all, looking at this build thread I thought the base with the clear support into the exhaust ports was pretty cool Fairly new to the hobby and just thought I'd see what cool and effective idea's or techniques you've used for inflight displays?
