  1. I've ordered one too, the SE.5a. Here are the instruction sheets for the SE.5a. Honestly, I think this may well go even beyond Tamiya standards and set a whole new level. SE.5a Wingnut Wings instruction sheet There is more on the way! Also, the company is linked with a certain Peter Jackson who owns the company Wingnut Films. So thanks Peter Jackson!
  2. Mine is on the way! Courtesy of Spruebrothers. When to build it and where to place it, well that's thinking too far :).
  3. Read and watched this on the BBC website Matt
  4. Revell boxing 1/48 P-61 Black Widow from HobbyTown USA and some plastic rods to help scatchbuild. Needed different sizes for the Trump USS England.
  5. Why do I have a sudden need to listen to Abba when looking at the Draken? Looks good! Matt
  6. Looking grand! I have one too sitting nicely in its box, already cleaned up some of the flash as its rather heavy with it :). May start someday lol. Matt
  7. Thanks Paolo! Amazing knowledge you have of the Draken! Matt
  8. I'd like to do a Finnish version, so would it be worth it to wait for Has to release this, or should I get the Swedish one? Always liked the look of the Draken. Matt
  9. Just an FYI, the "Mighty Hunter" is supposedly on its way to the States, according to the latest Greatmodels e-mail. Seems the kit has made a bit of hit on the other side of the pond if the websites are to be believed. Really looking to getting my paws on this kit, have one on its way (hopefully!) from Hannants and another on pre-order over here, along with an MA sheet. Matt
  10. There should have been a separate piece of paper listing all the color codes as well as detailing the contents. Here are the codes from that piece of paper: A: Matt Black B: Aluminium C: Red D: Semi-gloss black E: Cockpit Green F: Yellow G: Gun Metal H: Desert Yellow I: Brown J: Clear Red K: Clear Green L: White M: Medium Sea Grey N: Chrome Silver O: Gold P: Army Green Q: Medium Grey R: Silver S: Gun Metal+Antik Bronze 3:1 Hope that helps, but don't forget to use the aforementioned thunder and lightnings site too . Matt
  11. Oh cool! Always wanted a 1/48 version and never thought it would see the light of day. More here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saab_Draken And video here: Matt
  12. 1/48 P-61 blackwidow 1/48 Hampden 1/48 Lancaster 1/48 Stirling 1/48 Halifax 1/48 Sunderland Mk IV Matt
  13. The only review I have found thus far is here. and its in German. But, it does have good sprue shots. From memory I think this is a re-issue of the Heller version with new decals. Hope that at least helps. Matt

    New Lancaster

Looks nice, but would sure be nice seeing it scaled to 1/48th .
  15. Currently doing a group build for a 1/48 Brisfit F2b and have come to a point where I think it would be a good point to paint, however unlike a lot of other subjects this biplane has a lot of openings that may make airbrushing all the more hazardous (at least in my pointy of view). What is the most common tactic when tackling a biplane?
