  1. Thanks a lot, I did really appreciate the two previous books written by Michel. Currently (and slowly) reading this one. A melting pot of souvenirs from various IRIAF pilot during the Gulf War. Good read so far. Then, I'll choose one of those two:
  2. If colorful include display schemes, you should have a look at Syhart Decals web page (there's an english version).
  3. most pics shows test aircraft fitted with two missiles, and without any other load.I would say, for an aircraft launched from a ship, one missile and one tank for a bit more range and balance, no more.
  4. I'll wait for the profiles, but there's a high possibility that I'll get part 2... at least! Really curious about "no hump Mike". Part 3 & 4 aside, what will be the orientation? Adversary aircraft, or what? Any other plans for the future?
  5. Didn't know about Fireball, but there's also Werner's wing (IIRC?) and Print Scale (Not too sure about the scale).Certainly a few others, here and there, but not always Vietnam related.
  6. Thanks a lot, just take your time to reflect about it. It's just unbelievable to see an helo built in such a number (16000?) being nearly forgotten in term of decals on the aftermarket. Even more when you think about all those nose/door arts. So, again, thanks a lot to think about it.
  7. Nice decal sheet. At last a way around the classic "Miss Clawd IV", very nice but much too common. Any plan for Vietnam Hueys, by the way?
  8. I found out that the most attractives markings of hasegawa's F-15Js are not the one shown on the boxart. You really have to search a bit before getting one.
  9. Again, well done. Mention spéciale for the loadout!
  10. Well done. My prefered version of the Starfighter. They were in service for one year only? You mean with this unit?
  11. I would say that its technically possible, as the F-4E(S) retain the capacity of the standard F-4E. But it was most certainly not done, as this aircraft was a most important and precious recce asset, not to be used on some alternatives A2G missions.
  12. Antoine

    Centurion help,

I would suggest too AFV Club, with their Sho't or Sho't Kal boxes.
  13. Wot??? Priority over the Mirage???
  14. That's what I mean by "self-defence".
  15. Not really a problem, but it can be difficult to position them precisely.
  16. There has been some reprint lately, you should ask Sylvain if he has plans for this sheet.
  17. Indeed! The main reason for the Kurnass to carry the pylon was to gave him the ability to carry IR self-defense missile while keeping the inner wing station completely free for some heavy weapons. For the F-4E(S), I suppose it gives the possibility to keep the aircraft as clean as possible while keeping a self-defense mean, that is one centerline tank, one ECM pod with one pylon/IR missile instead of the two inner pylons with AIM-9 launchers needed otherwise. That's a plus for an high speed run over/aside the target.
  18. Thanks. I think there's ample room for one US and one foreign sheets.
  19. I'd get mine yesterday. Splendid work, that's one reference book! Any schedule for the Mirage 2000 under the skin?
  20. Splendid! Any idea yet about the tailplane? How will you tackle the horizontal plans?
