  1. WOW!!! That looks horrible!! Thanks for the pictures though! I might as well scratchbuild one!!! Thanks fo all the information from everyone! Best Regards, Rod
  2. OK! Good to know! Thanks for the response! Judging by the fact that you were the only response, I can gather that their kits must not be popular! Thanks again, I do appreciate it! Rod
  3. Hello all, I've got a question for all here. Has anyone seen, or have, or built the Combat Models/RCM 1/32 scale H-58/UH-34 kit? I'm dying to get one, but haven't done a full vac kit before, and was also concerned about the quality, and what's included in the "detail" kit. Thanks for any help, it is greatly appreciated! Rod
  4. ^^^^ I SECOND THAT!!!! I'd buy a few sets in 1/35 for the Whiskey Cobra!!^^^^
  5. I'd sure buy a few sets if they were! Anybody know if anyone else makes a set of replacement barrels for the Whiskey? I've tried scratching them and have never had a set turn out nice enough to actually use! I'd love to see a turned metal set!! Rod
  6. Are the resin turret and metal gun barrels available seperately?! That would be super! Rod
  7. Welcome aboard! What a fantastic Huey build so far!!! I can't wait to see more! Keep us posted! Rod
  8. Damn! A great big Thumbs Up and Well Done! You're right, big brass ones!!!
  9. Two very cute kids! And, a nice little helo for the display shelf! What a great way to share family time! Way to go, proud papa!
  10. OK--I just looked at Andy's Hog--and I officially QUIT!!!! I went in to the hobby room, set my Huey on fire, threw my books away, and am now writing this curled up in a fetal postiion under the work bench, weeping uncontrolably!!!! THAT IS AMAZING!!!! Thanks fo sharing that, I think! Rod
  11. Holy cow, Ray!!! THANK YOU!!!! That's just what I needed!!!! Fantastic!!! As usual, all you rotorheads are the best!!! Thanks again, Rod
  12. That would make more sense, given that it could snake between the center console and the seat. I just don't want to go to the trouble of getting everything in, and having this feed chute not lead anywhere and then I look like an idiot.
  13. Thanks, Gino, that helps. But there's NO room in the kit to do that. The seat and sticks prohibit anything going up to the nose. Is it one of those things where I kind of have to just make it work or fake it? The destructions show the feed tube coming off the drum and going down to the floor, just like you said, then basically laying there. Thanks again, Rod
  14. Hi all, After striking out in my refs. does anyone have a picture or two of how exactly the feed chute for the M-5 thumper fed from the ammo drum into or through to the weapon itself? I'm doing the Academy 1/35 UH-1C/M gunship, and the instructions are vague at best in some areas. Thanks to everyone, Rod
