  1. Top Notch!! Great job of including the Iraqi ones on such short notice. Glad I could assist.
  2. Hi Kursad! A question about the Bahraini F-16's, which colour do you recommend to paint them? A friend of mine researched the topic and after several trial and error and much eyeballing,he found out that both 36375 and 35237 are wrong, and the correct colour looks like 36270 or 36231 at most. (the later one is used on the Egyptian F-16's instead of 36118). The Bahraini F-5's are painted in the same shade, and on his model he used Xtracolour 133 which represent FS 36270. I tend to agree it is the correct shade, judge for yourself. http://vbulletin.degem.net/showthread.php?t=12391&highlig
  3. YES!! Talking about quick reaction regarding the Iraqi markings! Totally a must - have sheet. I think PAF Vipers deserve a sheet of their own.
  4. Hi Kursad Do you plan to release both sheets in 1:72 as well?
  5. Hi Diego Your previous announcement stated that the Egyptian Phantom decals are due to release in March 2014. Well- it's time. any news about that? http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index.php?showtopic=271966&st=0&p=2578184entry2578184

  7. Hi Kursad You might remember we've talked about Egyptian Vipers. https://www.google.co.il/search?hl=iw&q=egyptian%20f-16&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&biw=1666&bih=857&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=dg8QUO2JCoXS0QWfvIDYBQ If you need reference - just ask.
  8. A small request for those who bought the decal sheet. http://www.hannants.co.uk/product/COM72001 I'm interested in building the Kuwaiti Tucano. (as well as an entire series of Arab Tucanos) I have no use for the other options provided in the sheet. Since paying 12 quid + shipping only for one option is a bit overpriced for me,i'd like to ask if someone who's not interested in these markings will kindly sell me them. I live in Israel and i'll pay additional shipping fees. Thanks Gil

  11. I use Alclad's gloss black primer several times with no problems whatsoever. I even sprayed XC High Speed Silver as a top coat (awesome paint BTW) with no problems wither. See here http://vbulletin.degem.net/showthread.php?t=10619 http://vbulletin.degem.net/showthread.php?t=10203 http://vbulletin.degem.net/showthread.php?t=10329 I know that Tamiya X-1 Acrylic Gloss Black as some shrinkage issues when thinned with Tamiya Thinner or Alcohol. Thinning it with Enemal Thinner (yes..yes..) solves the problem.
  12. Hi Jennings Do you have the article on hand? Can you kindly scan it? I'd love to read it.
  13. The Saudi Sabres were NMF but faded very rapidly under the intense Saudi sun to the degree they appeared like they were painted light gray. That same case is with the Saudi T-33's. I must wonder why Xtradecals, which released one decal sheet covering International T-33's have somehow "missed" the Saudi birds. They are rare yes,but there are pictures of them nonetheless
  14. Hello all. As you may know, the F-86 was fitted with two types of drop tanks; small (120gl) and large (200gl). While the smaller tanks can be found in any Sabre kit,in all scales and without exeption, the larger 200gl tanks,as far as I know, can't be found anywere, neither in plastic, resin nor other medias. While i've found a resin set in 1:32,i'm yet to find similar sets in 1:48 or 1:72. Does anyone know were those tanks can be found in 1:72? PS Please correct the title, It should be 200gl.
  15. I will buy it too in 1:72 Have you recieved the Email i've sent you? (Egyptian F-16)
  16. Hi Jake Does a 2nd edition of the Modern Eagle guide in the works as well?

  18. Hi Jennings The Syrian flag in the photo above is actually the earlier one, which was similar to the current Egyptian flag. In 1972 the "Arab Federation" was created which included Egypt, Libya and Syria. All three countries then went to a new national flag Red/ White/ Black with the Golden Hawk of "Sallahudin". The Arab Federation fell aport after October 1973 war,and the appropriate countries changed their flags to the current ones. (now without some minor changes later on). I suspect that the video was taken during this time frame. (the original video also contain footage of mig 23's a
  19. Where should it be available from? (beside from L&M directly, which is not the prefared option in my openion)
  20. The Have Lite variant didn't enter IAF service or anywhere else. Israeli F-16's doesn't carry the Popeye. Only the F-15's and F-4's ever did so.
  21. If accuracy is important to you,I shall suggest you should buy Isradecals correction set for Kintic's kit.
  22. Impressive. It is worth noting though that the Popeye was never carried by the Sufa (or any F-16 in service today).
  23. Thank you god!! Did you hear that Kintic? http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....p;hl=kinetic.... Now when you got competition. We want more! :D
