  1. Thanks for the "heads-up" Joerg. I somehow managed to miss this sheet while browsing on HaHen's site. Would be nice to have a Cartograph printed decal sheet though. Someone, PLEASE assist Kursad with the info he needs. Thank you in advance.
  2. For some strange reason, not even the dedicated modern Luftwaffe decal manufacturers (AirDoc/HaHen) have ever issued any decal sheets for "Norm 81" F-4F's. According to me, it's the best looking F-4F scheme. Please consider doing a 1/48 sheet in the future. Thank you.
  3. Another vote for a white/natural metal with red cheatline Canadian AF CC-119. A natural metal/red trim USAF subject would be nice too.
  4. One more customer here for a set.
  5. Any decal releases on the horizon? I prefer this version as it's more "clean" (minus the refeuling probe) as opposed to the B-model. Having only one option in the kit is not sufficient :)/>.
  6. So maybe there are people who will critisise a kit, just for the sake of doing so or because it gives them a sense of superiority or importance. But when someone gives a SUBSTANTIATED opinion about the accuracy of a kit, is that wrong? Should he just keep quiet?
  7. Thanks KSL for the input. Never knew the Monogram kit was off the mark by so much. :(/> Of course the model will never be mistaken for a Marauder, Mitchell or anything similar, so any further discussion on its accuracy should therefore be stopped. I mean, we should just be gratefull that there is a 1/48 model available and just build it, flaws and all. Otherwise we will be sucking the joy out of the hobby. Oh yes, and you should at least build models to be in a position to critique on their accuracy. ;)/>
  8. I need a reason to buy the GWH MiG-29 (9-13) kit. A decal sheet with "exotic" markings, might just convince me.
  9. Do you know if HB has corrected their "clipped wing blunder"? I would like to have the wing sprues replaced. I purchased my kit at Lucky Model. Anyone had any luck with LM replacing the wing sprues? Thanks. Johann
  10. Hi, I can unreservedly recommend the 1/72 Revell Tornado GR 1 kit. It's light years ahead of the Italeri kit regarding quality and detail. Compared to the Hasegawa kit, it is also superior. The Hasegawa kit for instance lacks the wing mounted BOZ-107 chaff/flare dispenser pod. So put the Italeri kit parts back in their box and get yourself the Revell kit. No, in fact, get a dozen! Hope this helps. Johann
  11. Yup, truly profound words. Makes me want to hold hands and sing "Goombaya" :D ;)
  12. "...by now (instead of a box) you will need an enormous crate marked "marginal differences" to fit them all in!" Thee hee hee...good one Gabor! :D
  13. Do I need the "early" or "late" version cockpit for the Egyptian AF option in the Profipack boxing?
  14. Decal came off when they removed the Tamiya masking
