Why should he, we are running his site which is still fairly popular and he collects the money. He’s said it doesn’t make much from it but nonetheless he makes something from it

We clearly need more moderators with the ability to do something, besides just erasing spam posts. He could change the rules for new members to post, or set up a different system for verification of membership.  Or, he could set up moderators with that capability, since his actions demonstrate he has zero interest in running this joint.  But he visited and posted twice in 2023 (on January 8 and Dec 15), so he literally has zero idea of anything that occurs here and has made no contact with those who have requested additional forum management help.

If it weren’t for the fact a few group build mods happen to be able to erase spam posts, this site would be overrun and participation would be almost nil.

Or you can continue along thinking everything is just rosy and erase 1400 junk posts on a random weekend while Capt Bamford abandons ship, your call!

Thanks bro, well I guess that this post helped.

Mr.Owner today let me know tracking number of parcel.Fantastic customer service, but it needed just a little bit of additional fuel 😉

Or maybe you just needed a little bit of additional patience before slamming a guy on a public forum.

PS: The KASL slats has arrived to the US on 12/5/23 and nothing is heard since then. There is no update in the mail tracking system. I have requested the seller to send me a replacement.

Given the holiday season, I’d be waiting a tad longer to demand a replacement. I have some paint from overseas that’s been sitting 12 miles from my house for 5 days now.

  4. You’ll need the lightweight gear and all new gear doors as well if you’re going from block 50 back to block 30.  You’d also want the Block 30 cockpit, not the CJ sets you reference.  Aires makes a 25/32 set, which would work.

Why not just use the C/N kit, which can be built as a Block 30 out of the box, and save yourself a lot of trouble?

  5. This is the 1/32 Tamiya F-16C Block 25 of the Indiana ANG, as flown at Balad Air Base circa 2008.  I used the CJ kit as a starting point and backdated to represent a Block 25.  The light weight landing gear and doors came from the Thunderbirds kit.  MRP paint used throughout.  Testors dull coat to finish everything.

    Aftermarket items include:

    KASL small mouth intake
    KASL P&W exhaust
    Speedhunter Graphics Decals
    Flying Leathernecks scab plates
Master Models turned metal pitot tube
Quinta 3D cockpit decals (worth every penny)
    Aires Block 25 wheels
    Kopecky Scale Models intake/exhaust plugs
    Eduard Litening Pod
    Eduard GBU-12 and GBU-38

  6. One would think any reputable company would keep the MSDS’s of all the substances they’re using on site. Especially one tasked with doing aircraft maintenance.  You then join a modeling forum in hopes someone here can help you with some grease you got on your finger?

Something smells fishy about this post…
