I'm looking for 3 colors of paint made by Mr Color for a JASDF Mitsubishi F-1. Does anyone know of a good source in the USA for Mr Color paints? I've found one online store, but they want $12 to ship an order that's about $9. I can see it! Amazing work so far!

I recently completed this nice little kit. It's the 1/48 Hasegawa F-104G, straight out of the box. Kit went together great, with a little sanding and putty needed around the canopy. Panel lines were highlighted using a wash from "The Detailer." Painter with Model Master enamels and metallizers. I used Iliad Designs "Starfighters in Combat" sheet to finish it. The decals were fantastic. There is no hint of silvering and the carrier film is not visible, even on the metal areas. I have their Mig-15 sheet and plan to use it soon. I have a fellow who contacted me to build a kit for him. I have previously built models for this fellow and he supplied the kits. I charged him $40 per kit, which I felt was a fair price for something I do as a hobby. All the kits I built for him were 1/48 scale. The guy contacted me with a request to build a 1/32 Tamiya F-14A (Checkmates boxing). I'm looking for opinions on what would be a fair price to build the kit. I recently completed this 1/48 Tamiya F-16C Block 25 Fighting Falcon. Markings are from Afterburner Decals and represent an aircraft from the Indiana ANG. I had it completed before they traded their Vipers in for Warthogs! A black wash using "The Detailer" was used.
