Common nicknames that weren't/aren't really used after all

We always called it a spacecraft, not a capsule. Deke -
Did I miss something here? Deke

No bucks, no Buck Rogers. Deke

Both pods were used, pictures show them with a short ALQ-101 mounted on one inboard wing pylon and an ALQ-87 under the other inboard pylon. Deke

Wolfpak decals have two sheets that covered some T-33 markings. Sheet 72-003 was a pair of 95 FITS birds that is now sold out, and sheet 72-024 (still in stock) has markings for an Alaskan Air Command T-bird. Deke

Gentlemen, thank you for the information. Deke

Curt, Thank you, I already tried both options (EF-10 and F3D). The only thing I could find online were the instrument panel diagrams: no pictures. From external pictures, the parts of the cockpit I could see visible appear to be gray. I wonder if the Ginter book has any pictures? Deke

Anybody have any ideas on colors for the cockpit? I'm assuming Dark Gull Gray; I have diagrams of the instrument panels, but no pictures of the cockpit itself, and would like to do something with the Matchbox kit sitting in the stash. Deke

Off the top of my head, the Mk-6 was carried by the B-36 and B-47, while the B-41 was used by the B-47 and B-52. The Mk-7 was a tactical weapon that was carried by the F-84, F-100, F-101, A-1, and A-4. Deke

Sean, Thanks, those are very helpful pictures; I've got a 1/72 Hobbycraft kit in the stash I'm thinking of breaking out. Don, Thank you for the information. Deke

Any ideas on what color the cockpit and cabin interiors of a C-7 Caribou would be? Since it was manufactured in Canada, I'm assuming FS #36231 may not be the answer. Deke

Mark, Those look A-Ok. Do they include any photoetch or color guides? Deke
