  1. I don't think that's what they were asking for....but it sure sounds interesting
  2. Hey Mario, cuando vienes a San Antonio? Yo te podria conseguir una barata, mandame un P.M.
  3. Yes, the Mexican P-47 were in fact D-30´s with compressability flaps, and the gunsight was the MK-VIII One more thing, if you plan to build the configuration from the machines that saw action in the Philipines you´ll need to paint the cockpit in dark gull green, but if you plan to build the post-war configuration, paint the cockpit in yellow zinc chromate, this is because the jugs from the war stayed in the Philipines, and after the war the Mexican air force received brand new machines. Hope this helps.
  4. Yes, buying one already built would be the best option, but...I love building stuff, not only models, for example: I built my own computer, the house for my dog, etc, etc..... that's part of the fun, research, learning...and hands on!!! Thanks guys!!!
  5. Thanks for your replys, I´ll consider your recomendations, now another question...where can I find a pressure switch? Mofo..actually I already have a cuople snap-on fittings, even have airbrush adapters, i just need the pressure switch and some fittings. Thank you all.
  6. Thanks!! I will start working on It.
  7. I have a compressor like this one: It works just fine, due to I don´t use it too much, but I also have a little 1 Gallon airtank, and my question is: Can I conect the tank to this kind of compressor Thanks in advance for your help. Jorge.
  8. Beautiful job!!! Felicidades por el estupendo trabajo
  9. That 737 looks very sharp paisano, congratulations!! By the way, felicidades a los rayados por su victoria, espero que mis Tigres se levanten de la lona. Saludos!! P.D. tomate tu medicina
  10. Awesome!!! I work for FEDEX as a Ramp Agent, and i've worked on that particular airplane several times, but I didn't know there was a set of decals on the market for the old school sheme. Now I'am on a mission, to build a FEDEX airplane and put It in my office P.S. It would be easier to buy an already built model through the company, but..... It's more expensive, and not as exciting as building It. Regards from San Antonio.
  11. Awesome work!! :D Very interesting bare metal finish, I got to try it some time. Regards from San Antonio, Tx

  13. Excelent work, I´am new in this forum and also new in the hobbie, but I´am pretty sure I´ll learn a lot from you guys. Felicidades por tu trabajo paisano. Regards from San Antonio, Tx
