The last steps was a wire and weathering. The Exhaust in the Fuselage. Here with the Wight ,Wheelbay and Exhaust bevor glue the Fuselage. and glue Here a little correct on the Fuselage. and here with the Pit . The next is glue the Wings but this is a little bit trickey. Hi all Big update today ;) , in the last days i work on the Pit . Normaly i dont use Figures in my Pits ,but here its ok . The Pilots are from the Monogram F-80 Kit . By the Observer i saw the Head and glue in other postion ,the arm was a part to glue. Here pics from the first test. The first was filling with Revell Primer ,later i spray the basic color . Here with Details and the other colors. Figures with the color . Pit to 95% ready

Thanks Guys ,here a small update: A new part for the Observer Pit ,it is the CRT the Hobbycraft part are not to use. I make it form evergreen strips ,etch parts and wire. Left Hobbycraft and right my. The Fuselage are ready for new engraved the lost lines,the next is make ready the Pit to glue into the Fuselage. thanks for looking ,greetings Michael

Hi all Here the last steps, imake my weathering with oelpaint and smoke. I save the weathering with xtracrylic satin varnish . The last parts glue with super glue, here and here little color correct and the RF-86 was ready More and better Pics comes later ,thanks for looking. greetings Michael

Hi On the Mig-15 in NMF he had wing marks on the top ,pics from the F-86 Gunsight camera show this. Later he had not this marks on the top (camoflage Mig-15) . For the Yak 9 and Il10 and other he had no marks on top but this is not 100%. greetings Michael

Hi all Yesterday i paint the RF-86 with Humbrol Metal cote and Model Master Metalizer. The first paint job was a mistake i use the matt metal color <_< ,ok when dry i make it with the correct color new ......damn ! Today i make the Decals on the Sabre ,mornig came a gloss panit to save the Decals and make it ready for the weathering. Wheels and 120 gal Combat Tanks Thanks for looking greetings Michael

Update Filling with Revell Primer and make the lost lines new. Paint the yellow ID-Bands with Gunze Color For the Wheelbay i use Gunze H-58 Interioer Green Today i mask the yellow Bands and spray Humbrol Metal Cote .................... Thanks for looking , greetings Michael :o

Hi all Update on the F-94B, i sanding the putty with 240er Paper and its looks good ,the next step was filling with Mr Surfacer 1000. drying and i make on other Parts working...... The Pit is for the Observer a sratch job ,the Parts from Hobbycraft are ugly I cut the Tips on the Wings from Monogram to glue later the Hobbycraft Tanks. The Jet-Exhaust from Hobbycraft are to short ,i make with a Tamiya Mig 15 Exhaust longer . Its look very better . The next is sanding the fuselage and filling new with Mr surfacer . Hi Yes the F-94A have other Tanks ,the F-94B have the Fletcher Tip-Tanks . From the old Testors Kit are ok for the F-94B . for a A-Version you cane use KMC Resin Tanks but he are out of Stock . The Reheat Sets are ok but the Set for the Airbrakes under the Fuselage are not good ,sratch this part and it is a better way. My F-94B built as a 319th FIS from the Korean War. I buy my F-80 kit only on ebay Germany for small Money . greetings Michael

Here the first steps ...... up the Hobbycraft in orginal and the other ist the conversion with Monogram Its tricky to made this but with plastic strips and a cutter and saw is this feasible.

Hi Guys Here my new Project ,a Conversion form a Hobbycraft and Monogram Kit to built a F-94B Starfire. Hobbycraft made a Kit from the F-94 but he hat a lot of big mistakes. For more Details i use Verlinden Update Set ,many Etch-Parts and other Parts. Resin: Verlinden Update Set True Details Wheels cutting edge A-1C Gunsight KMC Panel From the Hobbycraft Kit use the Fuselage ,Canopy, Tanks and 4 other small Parts ,the other is Monogram. The Intakes on the Hobbycraft Kit are to small and no correct ,i cut the fuselage and glue the part from Monogram in this place. This is a hard job .
