  1. Hi Gabe, Ahah I see, Sir. You must be pleased to have your plane being modelled by many people around the world. Its a great compliment. I should say that I was a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy. Question for the UK now is whether to choose the F-35B or C variant. If its the C, as many think (including me) which appears to offer the best performance then maybe the Goshawk will end up in the UK to assist with training. Standard UK Hawks are not navalised so I guess there is a good argument for the Goshawk. Who knows what the future holds.
  2. Hi Gabe, Thank you so much for the extra information and the link. I just couldn't quite get it from the photographs. Its a really nice kit if you are looking for a next build. Take care, Sean
  3. Hi DonSS3 Thanks for the info mate I appreciate your advice and lead. I reckon I am going to go for everything black except the floor. I think that is probably the most accurate. I had noticed some build ups on the net and they seemed to follow the UK hawk colours and they could be wrong. Thanks mate. Sean
  4. Hi everyone, I am currently building the Kinetic 1/48 T-45. I have been looking around the net to try and see what colour the cockpit is. I have to say I am a little confused - not that difficult. Is the back cockpit wall black or grey? I think the floor pan is grey with the sides up to the instrument panels black and the tops of the instrument panels black also. The front panels and cover are also black? The actual cockpit sides - no idea? They look black in some pics but grey in others. Any help you could give me would be really appreciated as I don't have a clue. Thanks for your help. Se
  5. Hi Norbet. I hope you do not mind me crashing this thread. If you are making decals and extras for the super frelon. Please count me in for a set. I love the anniversary markings with the Breton flag on the tail. As someone that used to live in Plouay in Brittany I would love to have a set of these markings. Many thanks Sean
  6. Mine have just landed in Australia. I think they are an incredible set, perfect registry , rich colours. Many thanks for getting these done. Sean Lomas
  7. Order placed and thank you once again. Now when will Eduard come to the party with some etch? I already have resin replacement seats but want to go to town on the Greyhound. Cheers Sean
  8. Hi Steve, Thanks for the info. I reckon you may be right as that at least corresponds with the only comment I got on what it could be. I'll run with that. Thanks mate. Cheers Sean
  9. Hi there, I am building the 1/48 Tamiya F4F-4 Wildcat with Eduard etch flaps and interior. I'm loving the build and its one easy kit. The question I have, and I hope you can help me as I have drawn a huge blank, is what colour are the flap insides for a Wildcat? That's for the open section under the main wing (recess I guess) and the opened section of the flap itself on the inside? The only comment I found said they are the same colour as the undersides but others seem to have modelled them interior green. Who knows? Any help I would really appreciate it. Cheers Sean Lomas
  10. I second the call for the Kitty Hawk Greyhound other than that. A great set of forthcoming decals and maybe I will have to get a second plane too!
  11. Wow wow wow. Please count me in for a set. I will absolutely purchase them from you. I had the 1/48 C-2 on pre-order from Luckymodel as soon as it was announced and have been sitting on the kit waiting for some etch and decals. I really want to get on with it. Thank you for working on these decals. Definitely count me in for a some of these limited run decals. Cheers Sean Lomas
  12. Thanks mate for the kind offer. I came across adastramasks and they will be whipping me up a set of masks for many of the markings, roundels and numbers for a great price. They came highly recommended by quite a few people. Cheers for your help. Sean
  13. Hi everyone, I hope this is the right place to ask for some help. I am making the Airfix 1/24 Sea harrier (what a modeling ride!) Its quite well advanced and I'm looking to mark it up as a Sea harrier (Flaklands conflict) from 801 NAS with the 16" roundel blue code 006. I need to ask if anyone has any ideas of any paint masks out there that would allow me to mask these numbers and get them onto my plane. I think, and I am no mathmetician, that 16" in 1/24 scale works out to be around 1.69cm high. Anyway any help that I can get would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Sean Lomas
  14. Thanks Andrey, I'm planning to use a set of your decals on this helicopter. Just bought my first set and wow! I'm planning on buying the SU-27 sets next! Cheers mate Sean
  15. Thank you so much mate I'll try and pick some up toorrow. Thats one of the colours down! Cheers Sean
