  1. I will see what I can do, I will get the camera out.
  2. They are not the cheapest but when I look at what armour modellers pay for stuff compared to aircraft builders we have it quite good. I imagine with nearly 2 dollars to a quid at the moment they would be quite expensive to buy in the States. :o I decided to treat myself to the kit at last years IPMS (UK) Nats at Telford. I can justify buying one Accurate Armour kit a year. I think it will be the Austin Tilly or Fordson Tractor next and they are a bit cheaper than the Matador. ;)
  3. I just wish someone would do some decenct 1/48, non Battle of Britain, era air and ground crews to go with them. Just about every figure you can get is wearing number ones ie the long jacket and not battle dress which is more appropriate for 1941 onwards. I know the guy who does the masters for Accurate Armour's 1/48 RAF vehicles and they have sold quite well so they are going to do some more.
  4. My most recent finished model not an aircraft but an aircraft related vehicle. 1/48 Accurate Armour AEC Matador refuelling vehicle.
  5. As far as I'm aware the I-16's and the I-153 in NZ are new production build from the original manufacturers not restorations. There was just a 50-60 year gap on the production line. Saw them flying when I was at Wanaka in 2004 very impressive.
  6. Are you using Alclad II? If so in the UK I use Halfords Grey Primer as an undercoat then their Gloss Black as a top coat for Alclad II. These are acrylic car paints, the Alclad goes on top of them beautifully and you get a lot more value for money out of the car paints!!
  7. Right here we are eventually. My own small tribute to the late great Ray Hanna.
  8. Mike It's finished more pics on the MH434 thread.
  9. This model was finished in November last year. As usual it took me a while to get round to photographing it. The results will be on shortly.
  10. Hi Pete all his kits look like that, even when he don't mean it. Regards Honeybee on behalf of Hurrinut.
  11. Someone was selling aload of these at Scale Modelworld, as said a bit pricey but they make up into a fine model. I still have their Me 410 somewhere, that I will build someday!!! Like the model. :D
  12. I didn't realise you could still see that small nowadays, thats why you started building in 1/32. Like the cockpit by the way.
  13. Nice one, There's a couple of my Hurricanes in there. :(
