  1. Hi, Your 'pit looks absolutely stunning! Now, since I got one of these too, and I intend to build it after I'm done with mirageing around... Could you explain what the different steps were in painting this? + How did you manage to preshade on the inside of the 'pit? Reg's Ace
  2. Saubere Arbeit, Haste gut gemacht! Great Work, can't wait for the next update! I really wonder how you'll make the weathering on the tailplane. Guess one has to be quite inventive for such tasks. GfS Ace
  3. The other day, we had the Breitling Superconnie flying right over our house... four powerful star-engines... now that's a great sound! GfS Ace
  4. Gosh, this is getting scary... Respect for the great job! Reg's Ace
  5. Wow! Papasmurf, That's just amazing, keep up the good work. GFS Ace
  6. I'm sure they have... BTW, this is some footage of one of the growlers first combat missions: "Growler 0-2, this is bravo 3, we're gettin some heavy sam action here, why didn't you warn us?... their radar is still on?!?... 0-2 where the hell are you?!?... what are ye' doin'?!?" "Bravo, this is 0-2, hang on, Tom's about to get Jerry right now.... oh... oh... oh no!... the bastard's built a trap... c'mon Jerry... you're smarter than that... oh... oh... hahaha... there you go Tom!... stupid cat... fell in his own trap!... hahaha..." "Guaaaahhhh!... We're hit... bravo 3 is goin' down... MAYD
  7. Nice work Brett! If you have problems with silvering, you might want to try to apply some car polish on your gloss coat. I did it on my last model, and I had no problems at all with the decals. Reg's Ace
  8. Cool, thanks, I knew the site, but didn't think of looking there... I ordered the Aires Style B seats now, I'll add the armrests, change the cables and remove the emergency air bottle, and I'll be fine. Thanks again, Ace
  9. Well, the question is allready in the title, actually. What kind of EJ-seats does the B-1b have, and are there any 1/48 resin parts (for these/that can be converted into these)? Thanks and reg's, Ace
  10. I bought the kit recently, and I have to say, it's quite a deception, if you plan on building it ootb, but if you want to put some work and some money in it, you sure can make a nice model out of this one. And yes, it is the old esci kit... with raised panellines... Reg's Ace
  11. I see, nice superbug BTW. Reg's Ace
  12. Ok, is there more stencil data in the TB sheet than on the kit sheet? BTW, mine will be the "Memphis Belle" since I like aircraft that have that 30-40ties style. Reg's Ace
  13. Well the thing is: I have already ordered the CE decals. Now I'd like to know, if they have any stencils, if they are any good or if one needs an alternative, since the kit decals are a little poor on stencils. Reg's Ace
