  1. C-295 is also available as a resin mould by Liberty Quality Kit.
  2. As for MiG-17 AZModel is quite nice. When it comes to Farmers, in 1/72 look at Ebay or somewhere else for Bilek.
  3. True, true... Original painted a/c - Russian stencils (grey scheme or ex-Czech multi-tone camo) Repainted after first overhaul - Polish stencils.
  4. Gray with a black instrument panel (like a Mig-15 and MiG-17).
  5. Bilek did F-13,PF. If you look at moulds they don`t look like shortrun. In fact PF comes with North Vietnamese decals. Zvezda did PFM with a title on a box: "Phantom Killer" and of course NVAF decals. Very decent kit. The only fault are wing flaps. They look like PF model but should be late model, "blown flaps" that is. Innex PF & PFM are quite good but you have to face "orange peel" surface and lack of some details (compared to Bilek and Zvezda). Fujimi looking crisp but only looking. For me it`s "fail". For all these three there are PART`s photo-etched details and Czech made resins.
  6. Look what has to be done to reshape KP wings to propper shape (WARNING still under construction): And lots of work stil to do:) AZ model is quite nice, there are some minor faults but generally it is a big step forward compared to any Fresco model (Hasegawa, Bilek/Dragon, KP, Plastyk/Mastercraft).

  8. Quick help, it`s called "Przeglad Konstrukcji Lotniczych no. 25 MiG-21 bis" ALTAIR Publication. Quite decent drawings for bis (1/72) but text only in Polish. Also another booklet "Seria Pod Lupa no. 12 MiG-21bis Fishbed L/N" ACE Publication. Drawings 1/72 plus English summary.
  9. Yes, but it`s designed for Zvezda and BalatonModell is for Academy. EDIT Just added new canopy pics in my last post.
  10. It took some time... Both halves of BalatonModell flusage on a grid. Rear cockpit visibly higher than frontal. Inside.. Quick look at main cockpit part attached to flusage halve. Belly UP, same elements turned upside down. Additional element to glue inside front wheel bay. Instrument panel - front on the left, rear on the right side also forms a wall w/ rails for frontal ejection seat. Triple "S" - Spine, stick & seat (last two doubled ofcourse) Canopy, is a hard task to take a right picture to show what it really looks like. Plus I did something wrong with resizing proc
  11. Quick photo from my stash. Unfortunately busy week for me. Will check it Sunday (approximately). Peace P.
  12. Looking for the photo . So far I have a monograph of 1 Fighter Regiment "Warsaw". Inside there is a story of... ...blah... ...blah... ...blah... are You reading it? In meantime I have found the picture I was thinking about TADAM: Knew it
  13. Israeli Fulcrum had 100% Russian stencils...and no national insignias, unit badge only.
  14. I have it on my desk for about two days. If You compare it to RV Aircraft`s Flogger all common parts are like twins! RV is very close to set their own two-seater. Art Model just copied whole model and changed some parts. RV Aircraft says it`s a pure piracy and recommends their own model. BTW.Art Model suggest that Polish national insignia should be applied to upper wings sides. That`s wrong.
  15. As Flankerman said, APA-5D starter truck based on Ural truck. You can use Ural truck as a towing machine. Found it today: Whole interesting thread: Khotilovo AB
  16. Technically no problemo. It all depends in proper wiring. In practice there are only known photos of Polish PFMs (check out my avatar:) ) and East German PF!!! and PFMs. EDIT. There are some pics of this twin launcher under bis wing but it`s only sick imagination of museum worker in which bis is located. MF no 9111 a`la F-16, yep it`s a eye-catcher. Willing to do one (I got decals in my stash)
  17. @Raymond: Su-17M2 alias Su-22M2 a rare specimen. Another pics from Miroslawiec AB: Black "305" trainer: "305" en face: Armament display: Close up of Ch-25 AGM and R-60 AAM under Fitter. Here is one interesting thing: SPPU-22 gun pod: As you see guns are movable and plane during attack doesn`t need to divie at large angels: Wait! Is something wrong with this photo? Nope, everything is all right. Pods can be mounted this way to attack target when plane is approaching and after flying over Fitter fires another burst. Close up of a underbelly gunpods mounted backwords.
  18. Few my photos: Su-7U "116" at Krakow Museum: Su-7U "905" at Drzonow Museum: Su-20 at Drzonow Museum: Su-22M4 in Krakow: Static display at Miroslawiec AB, May 2010, Su-22UM3 awaiting overhaul at Military Air Workshop - Bydgoszcz Su-22M4 at static display Bydgoszcz, August 1997 Top view made from a shelter at Babie Doly AB, June 1995
  19. Remember that original Flogger had some raised panel lines (welding marks) around main fuel tank.
  20. Niceee, me want it much. Any photos of spure with wings? Two sets of MLG, two sets of front whell bay. Combo of low and high Floggers in one box?
  21. Tanks for MiG-29 are PTB-1150 and they can be attached only under wings external pylons (Su-17/22 that is). Pavla set for Su`s contains two PTB-1150 nad two PTB-800 (these are fitted under belly or under wings). Photo of three tanks for Fitters (from right): PTB-1150 (Pavla), PTB-800 (Bilek), PTB-600 (ResinArt, for early Fitters like Su-7 and Su-17). Only ResinArt tank has correct bulged lines that imitates welding marks. If You decide for original Bilek tanks Part made a photoeteched set with tanks stabilisers (marked with red) and fuel inlet covers (parts no 14,15 and 16 at pic). Phot
