  1. Same here. I am a satisfied customer.
  2. Can't wait for the Trumpeter 1:72 J-15. Must built it for Oct 1st for Chinese National Holiday!!
  3. Hi all, I am looking for the 1:48 Wolfpack F-15J/DJ conversion set. If anyone interested in selling, please PM me. Thanks, Jeffrey
  4. Can you fix it with Tamiya compound polisher?
  5. Hi all, Does anyone know if the Hasegawa 1:72 f-14 released before or after their 1:48 f-14? I am comparing the two kits and from the surface details, it seems the 1:48 f-14 kit is an upscale of their 1:72 f-14. And, does their 1:72 f-14 is same as difficult to build for flaps down position? Thanks, Jeffrey
  6. We sure welcome American troops than the mainland Chinese tourists who take over our land.
  7. An expensive kit that needs aftermarket parts...I will pass...
  8. Does the Academy 1:48 Su-27UB suffer the same problem as the su-27 as being a bit short (1:50 scale)?
  9. Hi all, I just found Academy has release the 1:48 Su-30M2 "Russian Air Force": http://www.academy.co.kr/6q/board_news_main.asp?pMenuId=BOARD00012&pCode=6690 Pre-order is available in hobbyeasy. May I know if the Su-30M2 externally is the same as the Su-30MKK? Jeffrey
  10. Any pics of the hasegawa kit? I am about to buy one from Hobbyeasy knowing the LHS won't offer this kit considering the price. Is the surface detail superb to the revell 1:72 or even 1:48 kit? Is there any shape issues in the Hasegawa kit?
  11. This kit redefine the standards of scale modeling. I hope the fit of this kit is good too. The price is very reasonable, considering the kit saves you the cost of buying details set (photoetch, resin, wheels, even the stencils). No more overpriced kits that are re-packing of old kits of Russian subjects.
  12. For a brand new 1:48 Mig-29, $89.95 sounds reasonable on the cheap side, since this is a very risky project from a business perspective. The Mig-29 is a Russian subject which is not a very popular choice for the amateur modeler, and there is already the Academy 1:48 Mig-29 out there. I assumed the new GWH kit is aimed for the niche market, for mature modelers who appreciate the accuracy of Russian subjects over price. It saves you money from buying the correction nose cone, exhaust, missiles, wheels etc, and gives you an accurate, detailed representation of the Mig-29. The build is easier too
  13. Wow, excellent job. Would like to buy a dozen of those. I too hope for a 9-13 variant.
  14. This is great news. Hopefully they design the mold to make a Mig-29 9-13
  15. Hey 1:72 is the most popular scale then. Does that sound alright to you?
  16. Is Zvezda going to make another 1:72 mig-29? I mean there are too many Russian fighter jets in 1:72 and 1:32 (trumpeter, ICM, Zvezda, Italeri ...). I prefer they make a 1:48 mig-29, and we really need Russian fighter jets in 1:48 which is most popular scale.
  17. Hi all, I am slightly confused. From my understanding, there are two makers that offer the UBL nose: Complect ZiP and SmallStuff from Israel. The Tu-134 and Tu-154M detail sets are offered by another seperate maker "coshker". Decals from another maker. I just need some clarification as I am interested to order the UBL distinct nose for Tu-134, the Tu-134/154M details sets and the decals. Thanks a lot, Jeffrey
  18. Hi, Does anyone know if there is a conversion for the Zvezda tu-134 conversion to UBK? I found in a russian forum that one member is doing a conversion set. Anyone know the details? Jeffrey
  19. We also need a corrected nose cone for the PD and the CANOPY for the Mig-25 1:48 revell
  20. Nice Mig. It seems the Academy's Mig-21 surface details is even better than Eduards.
  21. I examined the sample kit in the same store and to my surprise, the raise detail of the zee saw is extremely fine unlike the hasgawa f-22. I will wait to see if the shape looks good before buying one.
  22. Judging from the pattern, I guess the next Special Edition is Eduard to release the academy 1:48 Mig-21 with additional parts? :P
  23. Eduard is setting a bad practice to the Hobby with these overpriced kits. Not even a correct nose etc. Talking about Brassin, neomega pit is better than Eduards offering only Neomega provide sparse instructions to the pit (I m talking about Eduard mig-29). With pisco nose cone, begemot decals, Eduard exterior and Neomega pit, it cost just slightly higher than Eduard su-27 but you have a complete package.
