It's this kit with new weapons. A decent build , easy to put together and definitely the best 1/48 F-35A kit until the Tamiya kit arrived.

According to an email I received from Pen and Sword books in the UK, Jim's book has now been published.

Any aftermarket adaptors available?
I think Dave Roof at Flying Leathernecks is on the case.

Great work.

@KursadA Half Century Vipers?
F-16 50th Anniversary schemes at Edwards AFB were rolled out . I think they'd make a great sheet in 1/48

Back to the IP - where did you read/see/hear about this? Just curious because there's nothing on their FB page, nothing on their YT channel and nothing on their website. Seems pretty significant though.

Dave,
There doesn't seem to be a gun pod in the Tamiya F-35B , do you have any plans for one?

The dome behind the cockpit is for satellite communications. All of the IDFAF F-15A/B/C/D fleet are in the light/dark ghost grey scheme. The aircraft in the picture are carrying a mix of AIM-7 Sparrows. AIM-120 AMRAAMs, Python 4/5 and Spice PGMs as well as GBU-31 JDAMs.

Where would one get that R2D2 dome to add to a kit?

Mine is the same. I did tape the fuselage halves together and test fit the windscreen. It's very thin so it will bend to fit but it's going to be tricky to glue in place.

It looks great, a superb finish.

Great news! I'll keep an eye out for it.

The scheme would be RAF Dark Green, Dark Sea Grey and Light Aircraft Grey. For Tamiya I would use XF-81, XF-54 and XF-80 but Gunze should have those colours C330, C331 and C332 as they're standard RAF postwar scheme. MRP would be MRP-110 , MRP-113 and MRP-374.

Upon learning from Scale Scriber that Tamiya will definitely have simpler parts break down and small part counts compared to this, I will be taking back my hasty decision made earlier. I will no longer buying this kit and will be just waiting for the Tamiya rendition.
You might be waiting for a while for a Tamiya F-14B. Phase Hanger Resin does an F-14B conversion for the Tamiya kit.

This being a reprint, I did not change anything in the design of the existing sheets. But I am considering another ANG F-4C/D sheet with many of the options I had to skip earlier. As for NJ ANG aircraft - these will appear on a new series of F-4E / RF-4C / F-4G sheets that are coming in the next few months.
A nice 123FIS F-4C here

The book is now available in the UK, my copy arrived today and I'm engrossed in it already. The quality of research and detail is superb.
