this tomcat is wrongly shaped somewhere according to the front section picture the alignment of the intake and the canopy makes it look wrong tamiya had it Ok but in trumpter side it is not spot on that is why some peaple think that the front looks strange but it is should be confirmed I think : playing with pics does not do justice sometime Could we have a pic from the top with the canopy in place ? please tell me I am wrong here..... see below

Hello I have been making 1/32 large aircrafts with tamiya spray for too long now the results are ok but now I would like to invest in an airbrush and access to a larger range of colors and it would be cheaper :wacko: so could you please provide me a reference of a good one ? I found the following model but I am not sure if it is a good one it is a hansa 481 really need your help I have great heavy fighters that I would like to do with an airbrush this time

well on hold just for the canopy reason... Sorry Can not decide yet If I should use actually the front canopy "including IRS" from zactoman and keep the rear of trump.. :D leaving on open position...... zactoman kindly provided me the front parts indeed might get the single seat done first but don't worry it will be done :)

hello guys I need your point of view on the addings of the thunders + never again .... does it look good ?????? all decals are sealed but not the little thunders and "never again" on both side basically the scheme that I am doing is a mix of 2 european squadrons : I used twobobs decal sheet This time I did not stick to the right scheme and used the decals I thought were looking good on the bird no flames pls this is also a 3 tones grey I will need to do a bit of weathering : at the moment it looks just a first roll out of Lockheed Martin factory :lol: your advices would be ni

whaoooo You have done so much here considering your skills , you can do any bird from A to Z and beat tamiya/trump/academy...ETC ... correct shape panel,rivets..... pls do not do only correction sets but 100 % entire accurate 1/32 scale jets main body cast should be a piece of cake for you I hope one day you can give me my dream shot : zactomodel Su 35 or 37 1/32 scale model but before that : have a break and enjoy !!!!

nice !!! but my sharp eyes are telling me : I will recommand to erase the little gap on the side on the top front of zactoman parts intakes to get it look like a one part intake see the small yellow tamiya epoxy used and you repaint a bit and it would be perfect

Hello Slick All you need is to place on order on the tamiya parts mentionning the ref at rainbowten it takes them 3 days to receive it and and another 3 days to reach your home I think So in about a week you can rework on it ;)

nice build so far the aires front weel bay will not match u will never be able to use the screws I had the same experience on my UB just glue it and add materiel like epoxy to prevent any detachement on the side I made a kind of covering bridge lol :) ps : seeing this tread makes me want to do the single seat the flanker and all the aftermarket ( same as yours) are in still on hold at home

well I had 1 part missing once on trumpy Su-27 = I had to remold and I also had partly mold stabs on a second Su-27 = I had to use tamiya epoxy quick type to repair so the quality control remains pretty NOT good ;)

Hello Guys I have just managed to erase the decal effect on a 2 pieces decals using aftermarket decals is great and are invisible after but tricky zone with the 2 pieces parts are hard to hide no matter how much you clear coat they tend to be visible so I found out a weird solution but it works regular steps remain unchanged gloss coat / decals / gloss coat and matt coat so to make 2 parts decals area invisible : you also need and sanding stick with a fine grit pretty unusual hey === gloss coat / decals / clear coat 2 good times / sanding down gently make circle on the decals area

try Rainbowten instead they are pretty good less than a week for me to get spare tamiya parts since the order is placed And I am based in france !! packaging is really good too !!! it was my fist time and I am really impressed great service and they are specialised in tamiya spare parts ordering!!!!
