Hi all, What is the best bang for the buck A-10 out there in 1/48 scale. I am looking for something which assembles a little easier than the Revell/Monogram offering. I'm not a rivet counter so if it look like an A-10 then it must be an A-10. Thanks

I was at Quonset Point Air Museum and a chinook landed at Quonset National Guard Base for a few minutes then took off. That was around noon.

I purchased it last Saturday. Nice photos in it right up until the last flight. Not many detail photos in it(it is not like a walk around). Also has an article by Dale Snodgrass and how he helped develop the Bombcat. I like it because I am a huge fan of the Tomcat. It will give you a good reference for painting and weathering though.

I don't know if your going back to the prop era, but I think the AJ-2 Savage for the Navy
