Actually, HobbyBoss and Trumpeter have done the E, but they don't appear to be any improvement on the older kits, 'cept for recessed lines. Meh.

I think they are actual copies of the Italeri kit, just with the recessed panel lines.

The ICM B-26 Invader is available from Ukraine on eBay.  It should be finding its way to the rest of the world shortly.  Could we convince you to do some Guard, Korean and WW2 markings for it?

Not to mention, they were very popular in Latin America, and by the Portuguese in Africa......

The first step in moderation is admitting you have a problem.

That lack of admission is how we end up with more kits than we can ever built.....

I don't have a problem, and I know exactly when I will quit.........about the time that they put my butt in a box.....:punk:

What I would really like to see is USAFFE F86s. Everybody does the Korean war ones but you never see the USAFFE ones.

Ancient history by now, but Microscale/Superscale did several USAFE units in 1/72 scale decades ago. But yeah, the preponderance of decals have been for Korean War Sabres. Kinda like the preponderance of Sabre kits have been for the F-86F-30 and not much to none for the earlier workhorses, the A and E models. If I were an enterprising kit manufacturer, I would produce a really good kit of the F-86A and maybe sell the wing sprues as a separate package for those who would want to convert their F kits to Es. In 1/72 scale, or course. And then in 1/48 scale, too!😊

Air Guard versions as well....along with F-86Ds and Ls.

  5. If I am correct on this, the Revell Hawker Hunter FGA.9 kit is the F.6 kit, but with extra sprues for the FGA.9 & Swiss Mk.58 versions. So, you can use the FGA.9 kit for most versions of the single seat Hunter.

I'm currently building the Swiss Mk.58 version right now.

  6. The Supreme Court, last year, rules that states can now collect internet sales tax, even if the business is not in that state. More than likely, these Ebay taxes are the new tax collection rules coming into effect.

Cobra Company made a very necessary set of engine nacelles and wheels for it.  The engine nacelles are very inaccurate.  They're closer to KC-97 nacelles in detail, which are very different from B-50s.  Not sure if Lone Star has reissued that set or not.

They aren't listed yet on their website, but he stated that he has plans on re-releasing all 150 Cobra sets that he has.
