  1. I've just done a GOOGLE, and found something on Hyperscale. Apparently, they've been closed up for about 2 years now. Chris
  2. I have no idea what you're talking about. For me, there is no right-hand panel. Everything is full page. Chris
  3. I've been mixing my paints in the little glass. I found it in some stuff that my wife and/or daughter wanted to throw away. I saved it, as it looked useful. It's real easy to clean out. Chris
  4. Info here: https://boxartden.com/reference/gallery/index.php/Camouflage-Markings/Gladiator-Gauntlet-Fury-Demon Chris
  5. My first kick at the airbrush was this past September, on an Airfix 1/72 Hurricane. I used a Badger 150 IL with a .3 needle/tip. Air pressure was about 15 psi. Paint used was Gunze-Sangyo Aqueous Hobby Color, thinned with Mr. Hobby Self Leveling Thinner, at a ratio of about 45% paint to 55% thinner. It came out not as good as I'd have liked it to, but not too bad for a first try. The underside was done with Tamiya XF-16 Flat Aluminum, thinned with X20A, at about the same ratio above, with a few drops the Tamiya Paint Retarder added.
  6. The colours used were not exact RAF Air Ministry colours. They were US made and were close matches, but not exact British colours. Chris
  7. Have you looked for any other brand of acrylic floor coating? Chris
  8. Retry: Ah ha! Found the right sequence! Different than on other forums, but what the heck. Thanks, Crackerjazz Chris
  9. Well, let's see if this is going to work. 10. I'm not sure about this forum, but years ago, most forums would take anything in the 600x800 size. This size is good to see most details on kits. Below is a 600x800 sized photo: Oh! Right! I forgot that ARC won't let me use Flickr anymore. One of the reasons I don't come here very often! Chris
  11. Do Tamiya still make those size bottles? All I've managed to find for years are the smaller 10ml. bottles. Chris
  12. I do have a paid Flickr account now, but I have just over 2500 images there now. One free option is: https://village.photos/ Chris
  13. I take it down to this level and clean it all after every use. I can do it fairly quickly now. Chris
  14. I only starting using my Badger 150 IL in August and have only used it a dozen times at best. I have thoroughly cleaned it after every use. But then I have been accused of being a bit anal-retentive. Chris
  15. I've had stuff on my front doorstep, up here on The Backside Of Beyond, exactly one week from ordering it online. Average time has be 10 to 12 days. Chris
  16. Yeah! Thanks for sending that, Mike! Now I just need some mojo and time to get back to my Hurricane Chris
  17. I just a bottle in the mail yesterday, from Mike, in Oregon. I have ordered some Mr. Hobby from Sunward in October, but it didn't quite match the Gunze-Sangyo paint. Chris
  18. A Hyperscaler has sent me a jar and I'm just waiting for it to arrive. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for responding. Chris
  19. All I see in both of your posts is Spot. Chris
  20. Oh, I don't mind using a hosting service at all. Even on forums where I can use the built-in service, I still usually use Flickr. Mostly because it's just habit now. I'm too old the change now! Chris
  21. So, I have to use Flickr's SHARE option on this forum now. Chris
  22. All they have is the Mr. Hobby Aqueous. I have some of that but it doesn't quite match the Gunze-Sangyo colour. Here is a comparison for the two, photographed from two different angles. Close, but no cigar! Chris
