What is the USAF using for eletronic warfare?

Haven't heard of the ec-37 before. That's a new one. -
I know that when the AF retired the EF-111 they cross cockpitted some AF WSOs to the EA-6B with the Navy. Since the Prowler is now gone what is the AF using for their EW platform?

Something for every kind of target. Impressive!

If I recall correctly, the Hasegawa F-16 kits came with an F-16 specific TER. It doesn't look like the standard TER. Here is link to a picture of the TER mounted to a F-16 pylon HTH

Another question about this topic. Is the backseater a pilot or NFO (not sure if that is the correct term). It would seem to me that the best use would be for front and rear seaters to be pilots. Just a thought.

Awesome result from the Testors kit.

It looks like the real thing shrunk down to 48th. awesome build

That's what I thought I read too but was too lazy to go check.

Maybe not dead but surely in a coma. -
Sorry to hear abiut all the work you have to do. Thanks for all your efforts

I have built both and as Boom175 you pick your poison. But they are both nice kits and better than anything that came before them. You won't be sorry with either one.

Maybe a simple answer but what capability does the 2 seater have over the single seater or can the single seater do everything the 2 seater does? I do notice in a lot of the pictures posted here that the single seaters tend to do the bulk of the refueling.

That's why I shouldn't answer questions about aircraft.🙄

I believe the "early and late" refers to whether the aircraft had the DMAS modifications which made the rear cockpit digital. So the particular quinta set you use will include the right IP for the aircraft you are building.

Great Navy Hornet (and others) Weathering Ref Shot
Geoff M replied to Collin's topic in Jet Modeling
Nothing in particular but your Hornet and Lightning pics give valuable information and detail on those planes. Just thought it might provide the same detail for others. -

Love all the pics you post. Do you have any Tomcat and Phantom photos to share? -
I tried Mission Model paints when I was thinking of switching to acrylics. I went to there website and read all the instructions and warnings. I could never make them work right. And they require too much prep and mixing just to paint. I gave up which is a shame because they have a very extensive range of paints. I switched again to Mr Color and Tamiya Lacquers. No mixing besides just thinning them. Geoff M
