  1. Hey guys, I'm wondering if anyone has any 1/72 american pilot or crew figures and/or equipment that they are willing to part with, as I have an almost done 1/72 Acad Corsair waiting for a diorama that it can call home. I plan to scratchbuild the environment, but I need the people and equipment to populate the scene. Also, my corsair has suffered a couple of losses, having a broken propeller and missing the front main gear doors. Again, your help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Dom
  2. The gelb scheme isn't too bad, to be honest, but the Strigon gave the Flanker a more menacing look. I found a picture of a 1/48th conversion set for the Su33 and it seems like a fair bit of work. The most noticeable diff are the nose and the bigger tail boom thingy. Mmmm A bit off topic, but AC related, what are your thoughts on combining an F-16 and Flanker to make the CFA-44? I always thought that it looked pretty badass.
  3. wow, never actually thought that the 35/37 would be noticeably bigger. Thanks heaps
  4. thanks for the input guys, I was looking at a few drawings of the Su37, and I was thinking of doing wheels up to remedy the twin nose wheel issue hahaha
  5. was thinking that, or maybe the Gelb scheme of Ace Combat Zero. The other alternative is to do a Su33 instead and do the Strigon scheme. Not sure yet
  6. Hey guys, I was mulling over this for some time now, and I was wondering what the differences are with the Su27 and 37, as it could be a possibility that I am planning on trying to convert the Trumpy 27 to a 37. I know for starters that the 37 has canards and thrust vectoring, but is there any other ones that I have not seen (maybe, some variations in panel lines and such) that makes it different to the Su27? I also kept in consideration that there's only one paint scheme that is really available for this craft seeing as there was only one Su37 ever made. Thanks for your input
  7. I don't know who makes them in 1/72 and if they are still available in the LHS. The one I normally go to is a bit lacking in AM bits sometimes
  8. Missing the seats for it. Does anyone have a pair that they are willing to part with? greatly appreciated
  9. hey guys, I actually managed to find a Revell 1/72 F-14A in my kit stash just a few days ago. It's partly started and mostly complete. But the thing is, I do not have the seats for em :/ Does anyone have any spare 1/72 F-14 ejection seats that they would be happy to part with? I don't know what I have to offer in return, unfortunately, but I will do what I can to reimburse. Greatly Appreciated, as I would love to have a tomcat sitting on my desk.
  10. Gotta love how the markings almost disappear into the war weary finish of the helo. You did an outstanding job, Honza! One to be proud of
  11. words can't describe, man. Congratulations on a wonderful piece of work
  12. All the more to be proud of with this one. You nailed the blinkers really well ad those cannons add to the menacing look of the Fw190. I bet this will be a sure contest winner. Well done!
