Both Testors and Humbrol have some relatively new washes on the market, but there are no specific "aircraft washes" available that I know of. Some simulate oil and grease, if that's what you're looking for. Just about any enamel or water-based paint can be used as a wash; it just depends on the effects you are trying to achieve. Tamiya's "Smoke" is a transparent gray that makes a nice wash to accent engraved panel lines when diluted and a flow-aid added.
