I have been considering a new project: I want to do Lt. Lochridge's F6F-3 (#117, "Lolly") as featured in the most recent release of the 1/48 Eduard kit. The deal is that I prefer to use the Hasegawa model. I was wondering if anyone has the decals left over that they would be willing to part with. I would appreciate it! (Also posted in buy/sell)

Hi all! So I am just now getting to posting pics of a build I completed last month... Anyway, here is my 1/48 Hasegawa F-16D Arctic Aggressor of the 18 AGRS at Eielson AFB, Alaska, 2008. I have always loved this aggressor scheme, and modelling it in a two-seat F-16D variant seemed only right! The Hasegawa F-16 kit is actually quite nice for it's age and very good fit. It is a rather simple kit, not a huge amount of parts really and I enjoyed the build. The F-16D kit I used is an older one, and did not have the correct "wide mouth" intake I needed, so I sourced -

Hi all! Well, it's that time again... Another finished project! This time it is the 1/48 Hobby Boss Su-30MKM Flanker-H conversion from the base Su-30MKK kit using the Naza Model Art MKM conversion. The build WIP thread can be viewed here: The Su-30MKM is the Malaysia specific variant of the Su-30, based off of the Indian Su-30MKI. It has canards and thrust vectoring exhaust in common with that aircraft, however there are many things that make the MKM unique among Flankers. It utilizes western avionics from France and South Africa, and many feature not seen on

Hi all! Back again with my latest completed project, the Kinetic Su-33 Sea Flanker. This is a model I have wanted to build for quite some time, and a quarterly contest with my local IPMS club (John Glenn, Cleveland) gave me the excuse I needed to start this one. The contest theme was "I've Got the Blues", which was to build something that was predominantly blue. I am happy to say this model won first place! By now I am sure you have heard much about this kit. It is complex. The detail is fantastic. Accuracy is pretty good. The instructions are, well, really bad.

Hello, I am looking for 16 1/48 M117 750 lb bombs and 3 Multiple Ejector Racks (MERs) for an F-105D project. I know there are several aftermarket choices for both, but buying the quantity of Brassin bombs I need would mean a second mortgage, so if anyone has some spare M117s, that would be greatly appreciated. This is my Dragonfly as used in Vietnam in the '60's. It's a special kit for me because I graduated in the Air Force Academy in his older and less powerful brother, the T-37C. Nice little bird though. I wish they had a kit for it, for conversion from this one should be very demanding. I've used PE parts and the painting was free hand, since masking was very tricky for this scheme. Hope you enjoy! Cheers! Hi there, I know, as if we're missing more '109s around here. But, for me, this one is special, my first motling attempt. I tried to be as close as possible to the manual and I'm happy with it. Hope you'll enjoy! This one was Oberleutnant Anton Hafner machine, in which he scored 204 kills and was, in turn, killed, when collided with the ground, while trying to evade his opponents. Cheers!

I would like to promote my new 1/48 3D LM so I have decided to build it. Since I already have the 1/32 CSM flying with Mike above the 1/32 LM on the Moon for the very first step of Neil, I have decided to build both spacecraft attached as in lunar orbit. This is a model I built about 50 years ago, originally all white but modified through the years.
