It's finished - but I'm not happy with it..... It was a struggle all the way through - but I finally beat it into submission..... Sukhoi Su-17 Type R :- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sukhoi_Su-17_(1949) The whole front fuselage section could be detached in emergencies to act as an escape capsule..... As well as the undercarriage being ill-fitting and rather weak, the final indignity is that it's a tail sitter !! - so I had to make a prop from clear rod....

I just purchased a Hobbycraft 1/72 F-86F-25/30 kit which supposedly is also useable as a Canadair Sabre Mk5. I wanted to do a Canadian Mk5 but in an NMF scheme. I found a few pictures on line but haven't seen any in 1/72 scale decals. Does one of the Canadian decal makes do one of these schemes? Thanks---John
