Both versions include separate exhaust sections and nosecones to convert your missiles to CATM versions (Captive Air Training Missile). Hi there, I'm currently building Revell's 1/32 F-4E to Hellenic Air Force AUP standard and have a question regarding the AMRAAM's that are used on the front underside stations. On the kit, the stations are shorter in length than the rear stations and as such the AIM-120's supplied in the kit do not fit in there (the supplied AIM-7 Sparrows fit fine). Typically the Hellenic Air Force AUP Phantoms have AIM-120's on the two front underside stations (although they do also have them on the back two occasionally). See this <<LINK>> So my questions are:
