Calling the Supertweet experts; I am starting nice littel Academy A-37B Dragonfly kit at the moment and wonder how the area under the fod screens for the engine intakes look like. I am yet to find a decent picture. Furthermore, how do they work? Having seen a video showing a latin american jet rolling slowing down on the runway, these screen were dangling in the slip stream. Do they operate by air flow pressure and will be (un)locked from the intakes at EOD by the groundcrew? Or is there some kind of mechanism? Thanks Michael

This was my entry to the Strike/Attack AC GB here on ARC. It was a nice kit with PE included. One thing i added was the antenna on the dorsal, everything else is OOB, there are more weapons going for the spares bin too. Air intakes were a bit problematic but Trumpy provided the fod covers so no fuss. Size of the jet was interesting tho, similar to a ww2 Zero probably, anyway enjoy the pix.

Hello all, this will be my entry to the GB. initially i was thinking of doing a 1/72 HB Bombcat but lately this A-37b came as a commission build, i thought it'd be a subject better suited for this GB Began the kit yesterday: After a day this is where i am at, fuselage is closed and mated with the wings: Fit wise OK, there are issues in the usual places like the inlets but nothing extraordinary so far. Cockpit will receive seatbelts, IP and it's coaming, than an oil wash to pop the details a bit more. Aircraft
