Hi everyone! First of all, I would like to thank everyone who always helps me. I have some questions about Su-33, so I ask you again. 1. Isn't it wrong to install SVP-24 on the Red 68, 80 and 86 bird included in MINIBASE's 1/48 scale Su-33 product? 2. Isn't the part in the yellow circle in the picture wrong when mounted with SVP-24? Some Cockpit photos were found not to be equipped. 3. Is the red circle marked part of the picture a part that is no longer mounted on the Su-33? I wrote it using a translator. This was made using the Kinetic Su-33 with the Dream model J-15 Conversion set. The set includes the necessary glass cockpit and wingtip missile pylons (which are the main difference visually between the Russian Su-33 and the newly built J-15s) as well as some other items. Kinetic released a J-15 kit but they only included the wingtip missile rails and not the glass cockpit nor any of the different bumps and sensor changes. For the decals I used mainly the Skipper PLA Navy J-15 decals and some of the Caracal J-15 decals. Weapons were from a Hobbyboss J-11B Flanker kit and as well as FAB S

I just uploaded paint charts in 1/48 (@150 dpi). Links to the drawings are here: https://zactomodels.com/su-33_drawings/ (also note that I've reduced the price to $47 on the Su-33 kits I'm selling! Best price you'll find anywhere!) I spent a lot of time researching the camo schemes and documented them to the best of my ability. It frustrates me when I see kits that include multiple decal options but only show one camo scheme, especially on a plane where there is so much variation. There are also a bunch of small details that differ from one plane to another. L

Hi all! Back again with my latest completed project, the Kinetic Su-33 Sea Flanker. This is a model I have wanted to build for quite some time, and a quarterly contest with my local IPMS club (John Glenn, Cleveland) gave me the excuse I needed to start this one. The contest theme was "I've Got the Blues", which was to build something that was predominantly blue. I am happy to say this model won first place! By now I am sure you have heard much about this kit. It is complex. The detail is fantastic. Accuracy is pretty good. The instructions are, well, really bad.
