Jonathan_Lotton Posted November 3, 2006 Share Posted November 3, 2006 (edited) It's a snap "tight"/"tite". Simply "snapping" it together will leave gaps you wish you had never seen. Glue them together, also, as I recall, the molding itself isnt all that hot, so you'll loose alot of detail in the filling/shaping/putty portion. The only thing that really saves it is that it's in scale to the previous 3 set release, with NCC-1701, A and D. Otherwise, I prefer the big 1/1400 scale models. OR if you're really up for a good build, the Polar Lights 1/350 Refit/Enterprise-A. There's so much room for detail it's kind of like the Tamiya F-14 and Enterprise CVN-65, you can work on it for months and months and still have stuff to do on it.
