Touvdal
I am trying to cross kit the Revell and Acadamy kit, using Acadamy wing, whells, prop. to make a G14/AS. well see how it goes cheers Jes
The Mikester
Very interesting, how did the wings mate up with the fuselage?
Touvdal
The fit was ok, only had to rework the revell fuselage a bit , ground of a few tenth of mm where the wing go on. the acadamy wing is app. 0,5 mm to thin so had to make at bit thicker at fuselage attacment ponit. A little gab at the back of the wing underside, bit of plastic card with filler took care of that. cheers Jes Edited November 20, 2006 by Touvdal
The Mikester
Looks managable, maybe one day Fine Molds will give us a good G-14 and AS series 109's so you don't have to be a plastic surgeon.
