Dr Fester
Hi all, For those interested the Seaplane/Floatplane GB 'Splash' is almost ready to start. For those waiting for information regarding this GB I'm sorry its taken so long, too much other stuff to do and not enough time! The GB website is up now and can be found HERE and I am accepting entries for this GB from now on. So if you fancy dusting off that PBY or Walrus and joining the more the merrier. I have to apologise for the website its actually a basic 'in-progress' one as I'm still working on the proper CSS version. Knowing me though it will probably be the one that will be used anyhow . Looking forward to it. Doc Edited November 27, 2006 by Dr Fester

Chuck1945
I hope to build the CMR resin kit of the Curtiss R2C race plane Doolittle flew for this GB, but I am still working on three entries for the DotR GB so will hold off actually entering this one until I complete these three. Ranger74
I have gone thru my inventory of floaty-type planes and have three choices. As I am way behind on whittiling down my backlog, I may attempt all three. They are: (where's the icon playing a snare drum?) Esoteric 1/72 Martin MS-1/XS-1 - an experimental sub-based float plane Flugzueg 1/72 He-60 Merlin/Aeroclub 1/72 Hawker Osprey As you may notice I am a glutten for punishment - one vacuform and two limited-run kits! The beer tastes better when I build one of these type of kits :D Jeff DOH! Now over to the website to formally join this GB Edited November 28, 2006 by Ranger74
Dr Fester
Great stuff guys! Chuck, that Curtis would be a great addition to the GB as we already have a Supermarine S6B entered. Entry list now stands at 22 and counting. :) Not only has 'Ranger74' entered the GB with 3 varied aircraft, he has also donated up to 3 kits for the prize raffle . Thanks again Jeff.
