jrallman
that will be some sweet resin there! Which markings are you going to use from that sheet?
mlicari
I'm in with a couple of kits that you just don't see built very often (if ever)! Both are from the mid-1990s series of Revell re-releases and therefore both contain the sought-after swivel base. Both are "box scale" but if I'm not mistaken the Seamaster comes out to about 1/136 scale, and the Tradewind is about 1/166th. ;) Mike
Dr Fester
Some great entries for the GB now and with Mikes 'Seamaster' we now have our first jet entered, another box ticked! Keep em coming guys. ;) Doc Edited December 1, 2006 by Dr Fester
eaglebeagle
that will be some sweet resin there! Which markings are you going to use from that sheet? not sure yet, probably the USS Pennsylvania bird, i like the red outline on the star 'n' bar ;) Cheers Brad
jrallman
red outlined star and bars adds a nice bit of color to a tri color USN scheme. looking forward to it! lots of glass to mask too, are you getting precut masks or doing it yourself?

Cant thank him enough (Pic is from Erwin's Photobucket) I'm glad your so excited with this kit. I must say ,when looking at pics of the real plane, that this is indeed a very elegant looking plane. I hope you get it fast. Sometimes a parcel takes only a week to arrive and sometimes a month. Strange postalservices. I did cut down the mold a bit to get all the parts into a smaller box to save a bit on postage. But no damage done. Anyway,I shall folow this with great interest.
