chriss7606
A topic I love! My good friend that I know from work actually worked on Bitburg's F-15s and went with them over to Al Karaj (hope I spelled that right) in Saudi during the first Gulf War. He was a crewchief for the 'Stingers', which were the Bitburg jets that had the red tail bands. He showed me a link that had markings for all of the F-15s that were there. I'll call him and post the link. He's really cool- he brought in pics from Desert Storm, Bitburg, and Oktoberfest... it looks like it was a lot of fun. If you have specific a/c questions I'm sure he wouldn't mind answering them. I'm currently doing two of the Bitburg F-15s myself- one for me and one for him.

chriss7606
Hey Mike, when you were at Bitburg did you happen to know a Bill Skicki? That's my friend who was there too. I'll post the link tomorrow from work... I can't seem to find it. I do have it saved at work though.

chriss7606
http://www.sukhoi.nl/bitburgpatches.html There's the link as promised. Bill was a sheetmetal mechanic for the 22nd FS. He was known as 'the Skickmeister'.
