j-basset
David, Thanks for your feedback. It is sized for the Hasegawa kit. There will be some 'induced inaccuracy' because of that. Jason
j-basset
Following that last post, I would add that the master did not use the original Hasegawa Block 15/25/30/32 wheel as the starting point. Jason
jefropas
Looks good! I think if you and Dr. Pepper both ended up doing them, they would both sell well for the both of you, there is such a demand for them from what I have read. I know I need about 12 sets so far...And I'm just one F-16 nut.... Jeff
doctorpepper
Hey Jason, shoot me an email or a PM.. let's see how we can deconflict this.. drPepper
dchong
Does the Thai F-16s use these?
j-basset
Yes, I've seen recent photos of Thai jets with these wheels. Matter of fact, it seems to be a fleet-wide retrofit to the F-16A/B/MLU & C/D Blocks 25-32. Jason
j-basset
Jeff, Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate it greatly. We plan to show the 'tweaked' master ('tho tweak may not be operative anymore) before it gets sent off for casting. Jason Looks good! Iron Eagle
Any updates?
j-basset
Yup, there has been some updates. It looks like the rapid prototype option just became viable again. Just met some new RP guys. In any case, our master maker has also made several different masters of the wheels, each one progressively better than the previous one. One way or another, you guys are going to get F-16 wheels. Jason Any updates?
Iron Eagle
In that case, one way or another, you are gonna get the dough! Thanks Jason!
j-basset
Good news! The new RP folks say it can be done - for sure. Anyway, I'm keeping my fingers crossed and see what they churn out for me. Jason C.
