OKB Krasnaya Zvezda
kotey Posted Today, 12:29 AM QUOTE(OKB Krasnaya Zvezda @ Mar 27 2007, 04:22 AM) Great pics!! it´s the first time I see a close pic of the Gardeniya (?) ECM pod, besides of some other details. Its name Sorbtcia - Сорбция Well I have seen the "Сорбция" and it´s different to this ECM sistem that the Chinese have, this one it´s pretty slickn, the sorbtcia has some bumps but I might be wrong. BTW I found two nice videos of the PLAAF: J-11 J-10 it´s just an extra Hope you like. B)

Seems like some kind of sight. that sistem has a name but I can´t remeber right now, it´s suposed to be conected to the EOS and it can be used to track an enemy A/C into the range of the R-73 missile in case of a dogfight. I am sure that in this forum some one else can give you more accurate information than just a simple mortal like me.
Reyes
that system has a name but I can´t remeber right now... It's the Shchel'-3UM (Щель-3УМ) helmet-mounted viewing and sighting device.

Fiddler
My guess: this is that show of the knights when they used these plain vanilla flankers instead of these 'brighter' aircraft they use normaly... Edited April 2, 2007 by Fiddler
