Don
What a stunning model…an absolute work or art . As a 1/72 builder myself, it just goes to show you what can be done with a 1/72 kit. Your ‘104’ is perhaps one of the best “Daily Updates†that I have seen in a long time…and there have been some impressive “Daily Updatesâ€! Thank you for sharing it with us, it was quite inspirational. Regards, Don

drhornii
Amazing work I am working on a 1/48 F-104C now (all buttoned up) and it is small. I cannot imagine how you got that detail in 1/72! David

Arne
Thanks for Your good comments - That makes me happy much and makes courage for new projects Edited April 20, 2007 by Arne
Michael Vorrasi
Arne, fantastic build. One point, you correctly note that '891 had gray wing bottoms and painted yours accordingly. However you said that other F-104C's had white bottoms. That is not correct. The standard wing finish for all NMF and ADC Gray Starfighters including all USAF versions, was white on top, gray on bottom. Just want others who read that to not make an error! Beautiful work. aaronacw
OMG! Now youre building another one. That 104 is a work of art. Aaron
Don
WOW, I really wish that you could put together a series of ARC "Updates" showing your progress with these 104's. Something like a "How to" article. Your work is fantastic and your NMF ability is top-notch ;) ! Hard to believe that you work in 1/72!!! Regards, Don B)
