silverkite211
This is a Hasegawa 1/72 scale F-16A Plus, masquerading as F-16C-25, 83-1137 'Handy Stitch', of the 184th TFG, Kansas Air National Guard, circa 1993, flown by Lt. Col. Tom "Stitch" Steichen. The kit was built OOB, save for adding the aerial at the base of the fin, and drilling out the the gun muzzle opening. For the markings I used the Fox One decal sheet, they were excellent,as usual. A nice thing about using the F-16A Plus is that, in spite of the aircraft modeled being a C model, the wingtip Sidewinder rails were still the F-16A style on this particular aircraft. kstater94
You did a really nice job on this one Gregg I wish I had gotten my KANG jet finished (since I barely started it, maybe I can work on it during the Viper II build! :P ) Congrats on sticking with it! Cheers! John
