Skull Leader
Great shots, Andy! You saw them about a week before Kstater94, Jeff Stoermer, and myself did :) (we were out there the first weekend in December to shoot photos)

andyman_1970
Thanks guys. While I think it's awesome the 188th got A-10's as a result of BRAC (as opposed to no aircraft) I'll miss seeing Vipers with the Hawg on the tail.
B-ONE27
<_< ok, block 32s with AIFF attenaes, wow, now I am confused-just when I thought I had my baby all figured out
Skull Leader
the 188th FW Block 32s just started receiving the CUPID upgrade starting last year. At the time the last of the F-16s departed from Ft. Smith to Fresno, one of them had the IFF birdslicers, and the other did not. Even as of December of last year, only about half of their remaining F-16s had the upgrades so far. jmel
the 188th FW Block 32s just started receiving the CUPID upgrade starting last year. CUPID began several years ago to all remaining Block 25/30/32s. The AIFF is just the final phase. All jets in the inventory have had at least some of the CUIPID mods performed. Jake
