In light of the other thread, I thought I would start a new thread that would allow you to show off your 'tweener work. Yes, 'tweeners only, please, because there's a site for WW1 builds but none for the "Golden Age of Aviation".

So, I'll start off with the 1/72nd Pro Resin Loening M-8-1:

Boeing P-12E, 27th Pursuit, Selfridge Field, circa 1932.

Mostly parts from the Matchbox kit were used, but the wings are from the Monogram F4B, with Matchbox ailerons. The 'dome' over the crankcase, the exhaust manifold, the tail-skid, the bomb-racks, and a few other items, were srcatchbuilt. The squadron markings are hand-painted, including the eagle, as are the tail stripes.
