Did some detail...used a mechanical pencil to highlight some panel lines...not too much...decided not to weather the bird...going for the "museum look".

Still painting the spinner...

Waiting for the gloss cote to dry...should have some decals on and pictures taken later today...

Commence decalling, aye, sir! All stations stand by while commencing decalling! ;)

Looking forward to the result...

Lookin' SWEET! Very colorful, yet still a warrior.

Somebody's been spending too much time around Navy guys...

LOL! Unfortunate, but true. I do have the bonus of working with two former Army guys like myself, so it isn't all THAT bad there... :taunt:

Great job on your build, like your choice of markings.

Thanks, it took me a while to decide which set from the SS sheet to use...now I'm just sitting around waiting for dullcote to dry...

Cheers,

Dave

Oddly, my first layer of dullcote on the top of the bird came out glossy...never had that happen before...didn't happen on the undersides I had done earlier today. Second layer put down and, again, waiting for dullcote to dry...

Cheers,

Dave
